If you are ordering from us for the first time the minimum order value will depend on the product and the location
Leather Goods - £350.00+vat Textiles: 5 Boxes or £800.00+vat

Delivery to a UK Mainland Address
Orders: - Leather Goods – less than £350.00 Delivery Charge of £13.00/for 1st Box there after
£6.50/Box will be applied.
Orders to the value of £350.00 and over will be carriage paid.
Textiles - less than £800.00 or 5 Boxes Delivery Charge of £13.00/for 1st Box there after
£6.50/Box will be applied.
Orders to the value of £800 or 5 Boxes are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
The majority of our orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days (not guaranteed) of receiving cleared Payment. Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm – Monday-Friday. We will be pleased to quote for either Saturday. Delivery or Timed Delivery. Our deliveries are insured for full value of the order.
Delivery to a UK Offshore Address - Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland,
Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands
Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to inform you of the Delivery Charges applicable. Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the Delivery Charges.
Delivery to an International Address - all other countries and destinations
We can deliver orders to most countries, and only accept Payment by Bank Transfer.
Orders are dispatched when your Payment by Bank Transfer is received.
When placing your order, please specify the Country of Destination in the address section. Our Customer Service
Representatives will contact you, providing a written confirmation of the prices (excluding VAT outside the EC Countries), the method of delivery, delivery charges and insurance. OR you can arrange your collection.
Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the Delivery Charges.
Please note that you will be liable for all Customs Duties, Customs Clearance Charges and any other incidental charges due to the forwarding /clearing agents in your Country. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.
How do I pay?
We do not take any payment online. Please proceed to checkout and confirm the order, the only payment option available is "pay on account". If you do not have a credit account with us our sales team will contact you for payment before your order is dispatched. We accept payment by Cheque, BACS, Debit and Credit Cards (a 3% surcharge will be added to payments by credit cards). Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.
Do you offer a "drop-shipping" service?
We are wholesalers and only sell in bulk and do not offer a drop-shipping service.
I am overseas customer; do I have to pay VAT?
No, VAT will not apply, however if you are part of the European Union then you must provide a VAT/TAX Number, otherwise VAT will be applicable at the standard rate.
Can you send me a brochure of your products?
We do not have a printed brochure. Our website is updated everyday with the latest products and prices.
Returns
You must organize the return of faulty items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Goods received back will be checked by our returns department and if they are found not to be faulty we are unable to accept these back and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
