Simply add water into the bottom, arrange the bottles and accessories, then place in the microwave for between 4 and 7 minutes, dependant on the wattage of your microwave. 4 minutes at 1000 Watts, 5 minutes at 800-950 Watts and 7 minutes at 500-750 Watts.
