Delivery and Returns Policy

  • 1Is there a minimum order?

    For UK based customers, the minimum value of an order must be £300.00 + VAT in the UK and Ireland. For customers outside of the UK, the minimum order value is £500.00

  • 2What is the cost to deliver to UK mainland addresses and how long does the delivery take?

    If your company is based in the UK, orders of £500.00 or more (excluding VAT) are delivered for FREE. For orders below £500.00, delivery is charged at £6.50 + VAT per box. 

  • 3How long does it take to process my order and deliver?

    Your order will take between 5 - 10 working days to process. This starts once we have received your payment.

    Once we have sent out your order, it will be delivered within 2 working days (not guaranteed). You will be notified by our team once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries are usually made between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. We will be pleased to provide a quote for Saturday Delivery or Timed Delivery. Our deliveries are insured for full the value of the order. Note: For export customers, we do not deliver to shippers. Shippers are welcome to collect orders from our warehouse.

  • 4Can my order be delivered to a non-mainland UK address?

    Yes. Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to inform you of the Delivery Charges applicable. Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the Delivery Charges.

  • 5Can my order be delivered to all other countries outside the UK?

    Yes and No. We can deliver orders to many countries but not all. (Note: we can only accept Payment by Bank Transfer for international orders. Orders are dispatched when your Payment by Bank Transfer is received).

  • 6How do I know if my order can be delivered to me in a country outside the UK?

    When placing your order, please specify the country of destination in the address section. Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you, providing a written confirmation of the prices (excluding VAT outside the EU countries), the method of delivery (if available through us), delivery charges and insurance. At that point, if delivery cannot be arranged through us, we will inform you so that you can arrange your own shipping or we can direct you to a shipping company.

    Don't worry, your order will only be processed once you have confirmed method of delivery.

    Please note that you will be liable for all Customs Duties, Customs Clearance Charges and any other incidental charges due to the forwarding/clearing agents in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

  • 7How do I pay?

    We do not take any payment online. Please proceed to checkout and confirm the order, the only payment option available is "pay on account". If you do not have a credit account with us, our sales team will contact you for payment before your order is dispatched. We accept payment by BACS or Debit card. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.

  • 8Is there a "drop-shipping" service?

    We are wholesalers and only sell in bulk, therefore we do not offer a drop-shipping service.

  • 9I am a customer based outside of the UK, do I have to pay VAT?

    No, VAT will not apply. However, if you are part of the European Union then you must provide a VAT/TAX Number, otherwise VAT will be applicable at the standard rate.

  • 10Can you send me a brochure of your products?

    Our website is our brochure and is updated everyday with the latest products and prices.

  • 11What if I need to return all or part of my order?

    Please contact us before you return any items so that we are aware of the fault. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Goods received back will be checked by our returns department.

    We do everything we can prior to delivery to ensure your order is not faulty or damaged. Therefore, you must organize the return of faulty items at your expense and risk. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

    Note: Upon return, if the products are found not to be faulty, we are unable to accept these back and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
